Ability:Due to his status as one of Sonic's otherworldly counterparts before draining the Master Emerald, Evil Sonic commanded all of Sonic's speed and other abilities
Sonic's speed is also available to Scourge, who also commands a variety of other powers due to absorbing energy from the Master Emerald. He can use Chaos Control like Shadow, but requires a Chaos Emerald to do so.
